Berlin
Flight from New Jersey (or close by) to Berlin
Hey everyone,
I know there have been topics posted on how to find cheap flights, but I find myself unable to find flights in the price range I am hoping for. I am planning on backpacking from July 26 to August 26th . I would like to fly from either Newark, New York, or Philadelphia, and land in Berlin (preferably Tegel) and return via the same locations. So far the cheapest flight I have found has been for $1,010, including taxes and fees. Has anyone heard of a flight cheaper than this? If so, it would be a great help to me!
Germany - Best city and sites
I am planning a trip to Amsterdam, Germany, Belgium and Paris for Summer 2010 and coudl really use some suggestions as far as must see sites and things to do. Our itinerary is pretty much wide open and other than hostels and the general locations we dont have any specific plans.
Whats the best city in Germany to visit if were planning on coming from Amsterdam, staying for 2 days, and then heading to Paris? We hope to also visit a concentration camp along the way – Has anyone visited one? Or have any suggestions?
Berlin, Prague, Krakow in a week
Hi,
I will be traveling in Europe in June and I have a week of unplanned itinerary.
I was wondering if it is possible to see Berlin, Prague and Krakow in this time. I only want to be in Poland for a sort time. I fly out of poland on the 29 and want to spend the day before seeing Auschwitz.
If its not feasible to do the three, would you suggest Berlin or Prague for sightseeing / photo-ops etc.
Thanks
Rental Car
I am starting to plan a 5 city trip to Europe for 2 weeks. Has anyone ever rented a car and traveled city to city or is the train always the way to go?
We will be traveling from Berlin-Krakow-Budapest-Vienna-Prague-Berlin.
Budget and places to maybe cut out?
Hi, my plan is listed below. I’m on a kind of tight budget (not too sure what that will be yet right enough) and was wondering if it looks okay and perhaps people can reccomend places to cut out or add in?
Thanks.

Explore Germany On Line (Video and Stills)
My film “Septemberfest” presents all of Germany’s best known places: Frankfurt’s old town, a Rhine River cruise, Cologne’s Cathedral, the Hamburg red-light district, Berlin (The Wall, and other changes since 1990), lovely Dresden, Nuremberg, the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial, Munich (glockenspiel, beer hall, and palaces), plus King Ludwig II’s most famous castle.
