Hey, what city in Greece, from experience or word-of-mouth, has the best nightclubs and beaches?

My sister and I (and perhaps 2 friends) are planning on going to Spain, Italy, and Greece. [If anyone has traveled there,] can you answer these questions? It will be greatly appreciated!

What exactly are the costs to travel from one country to the next?
What’s the best/cheapest method (train, bus, plane, etc) to travel to the next country/city (and the costs)?
What is a good and cheap way to travel between cities in each country (and the costs)?

me and 3 of my buddies are planning a Eurotrip this April/may, we are planning on staying in hostels the whole trip, with the exception of a night or two in a hotel

we are planning on visiting the following destinations:

-Greece (iios and santorini, 3 days each)
-Rome 3 days

Hi everyone! I’m planning a solo backpacking trip (my first!) for this December/January. I got a great deal on a flight to Poland so that’s my starting point. I need some pointers on where to go/avoid and also some ideas on how over-crowded my current itinerary is looking. Help?

The dates in question are 10 December 2008 – 25 January 2009 (42 days). I need to be back in Aberdeen, Scotland for the 26th as I have classes, so I need to end up somewhere on the 25th with direct air connections to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Right now I have:

10/12 thru 11/12 – Wroclaw, Poland

2 friends and I are planning about a 2 month backpacking trip around Europe for May-Julyish. Our list of countries we’re going to is as follows:

England, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Greece, Spain and France. Ireland and Scotland are also a possibility if time permits to go between England and Netherlands, if we did so we wouldn’t dedicate quite as much time to those as the other countries on our list.

We anticipate starting in London, England and working our way around in a circle from there and ending up in Paris, France. The cities we have decided we absolutely must go to are:
