Berlin, Prague, Krakow in a week

I will be traveling in Europe in June and I have a week of unplanned itinerary.
I was wondering if it is possible to see Berlin, Prague and Krakow in this time. I only want to be in Poland for a sort time. I fly out of poland on the 29 and want to spend the day before seeing Auschwitz.
If its not feasible to do the three, would you suggest Berlin or Prague for sightseeing / photo-ops etc.

Explore Italy & Eastern Europe On Line (Video + Stills)

My film “Gondola With the Wind” can be seen on the web if you have a high speed internet connection. The movie begins in Italy with Rome, Pisa, Florence, and Venice. It then features Vienna (Austria), glorious Prague (Czech Republic), Poland (including Warsaw & Auschwitz), Ukraine, and Budapest (Hungary).

This is a free, non-commercial, streaming video on the Windows Media Player. No ads and no strings attached. I still sell nothing.

Rental Car

I am starting to plan a 5 city trip to Europe for 2 weeks. Has anyone ever rented a car and traveled city to city or is the train always the way to go?

We will be traveling from Berlin-Krakow-Budapest-Vienna-Prague-Berlin.

Help with Travel into France Out of Prague

So I’m planning a European trip to see Oktoberfest with 3 friends. We don’t want to only due Munich and figured it would be quite a bit cheaper to not have to fly in & out of Munich during that time.

Our plan is to start in the CDP region of France near Orange (so flying into Lyon, Marseille, or Montpellier are all options w/ the last being the most desirable). Then we were going to travel to Munich then to Prague and fly home from there. We’re willing to fly into or out of other places and take ground transit if it’s faster, cheaper, better, etc.

We’re planning to take a two and a half/three week trip through central Europe, starting the weekend of Dec 18-20. Our priorities are to visit 1) Auschwitz (and, thus, Krakow), 2) Prague, 3) Budapest, 4)Vienna/Bratislava. The last week we want to visit Berlin (and a city near Berlin where a friend lives). We live in Barcelona, thus the cheapest outbound flights I’ve found (60/70 euros one way) are to either Prague or Budapest.

Budget and places to maybe cut out?

Hi, my plan is listed below. I’m on a kind of tight budget (not too sure what that will be yet right enough) and was wondering if it looks okay and perhaps people can reccomend places to cut out or add in?

Advices of best spot to take pics of sunset/sunrise in Paris, Barcelona, Prague and Zurich during winter

I usually take pics of sky, or sunrise/sunset (plus landscape) of each city/country I visit. Which spot are the best of:
1. Paris
2. Barcelona
3. Prague
4. Zurich

What time usually the sunrise in the morning and the sunset? They do shine during winter right? hehe … since I live in a country where the sun constantly shining during the day from 6am to 6pm, never change all year long.

Thanks a lot in advance for any feedback.

Planning Group Eurotrip, Help Please!!!

Hi everybody.
My friends and I are planning a eurotrip and we need help finding private rooms at either hostels or apartments that can house from 4 to 6 people. We are going to Prague, Berlin, Paris, and Barcelona, and we plan to stay 6 or 7 nights in each place. If anyone knows of any comfortable places where we can stay in private with our own bathroom, could you please recomend? I appreciate it.
P.S.—We may want to bring women back with us at the end of a nice night, so preferably a place that looks half decent.
