We have flood control on the forums, meaning you have to wait 1 minute between posts, so she(?) is obviously taking some time with this.

I guess one way to deter is if flood control could be increased to 2 minutes between posts. That would double the amount of time it takes for her to spread her scam. Mim, is this possible?
