I’ve only stayed in Vienna (but I’m there at least once a year) so I got this….
There is an area refered to as the ‘Bermuda Triangle’ it’s a section of MANY bars – aka getting its name from the fact that once you enter that area, you don’t come back out, or at least not until sunrise! It is located right next to St. Ruprecht’s Church (Vienna’s oldest church), one bar in particular, Cactus, is amazing!
There is also this tiny irish pub. It’s hidden and impossible to find, the kind of place you just don’t stumble upon, and you must know where to find it. But the place is worth it, and will forever be my favorite in Vienna. If you take the U3, get off at the Naglergasse stop. It’s sorta around the corner and what not from there, its at the end of an alley. It’s the Irish Pub Bockshorn. Vienna’s oldest!
