Belgium

Ok a short and sweet bit of advice if you are heading to Belgium. There are some really awesome and free guides for young people in a lot of the major tourist places (Brussels, Brugges, Ghent, Antwerp). These guides give you plenty of good tips on where to eat, what to see, where to get cheap beer. It is aimed at young backpackers and students. However, even if your a bit older you can certainly use them to make your trip a lot cheaper. They also have a website at www.use-it.be

They are an excellent source for once you get to the place. And include an easy to read map. I recommend you go to the tourist office at most of those cities and grab one. Very reliable.
