Blacksheep is a new camper van and minibus rental company based in Lyon that aims to offer an original and cheap holiday solution for all. Because a road trip is an adventure that you can share with friends or family, we provide the tools for you to create your own route. Under 2m high, easy and economical to drive, our vans are the descendants of the mythical VW combi van.

> ACTIVITES FOR ALL.
The Blackshepherds have tested a range of outdoor activities for you in order to propose the best of what is on offer with our partners throughout France. We leave it up to you to choose from climbing, mountain biking, kite surf, diving, surfing, rafting, etc.

> DEPARTURE FROM LYON.
Blacksheep, the ‘road trip’ company, offers rapid access to the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, the Alps, the Ardeche and even Paris! Lyon’s international airport, Saint Exupéry, is linked to the city centre by tram-train in less than 30 minutes, making your departure point a central, strategic spot.

> OUR VEHICLES, ADAPTED FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS.
2 – 6 person vans, from 80€/day, including an ice box, a hot plate, a sink with water tank, kitchen equipment, an inside bed for 2 – 3 people, one or two extra 2 person tents (according to how many you are), an outdoor table and chairs. There are a number of other options: high chair, bike carrier, solar-powered shower and even scooters!

> WHO are the BLACKSHEPHERDS ?
It was after driving through much of Europe and the rest of the world that the Blacksheep idea became obvious. The fitted out camper van rental idea came from Australia. The Blacksheep team consists of two professionals who have been friends for many years: Edouard Amouroux and Sylvain Fauth. After studying at Grenoble together, our professional paths crossed again when we worked with the professional clients of Les Arcs and La Plagne (Paradiski). Talking to people we met in the tourist sector and our own travels made us realize that there was potential for this product and a real enthusiasm for this kind of ‘road trip’. So we asked ourselves: ‘What could be easier to sell than what we know about best? Holidays!’
