Cities/towns with cheap alchohol and students/youngsters?

I am going around Europe this summer and am travelling from North France through Spain and a bit of Morocco. Can anyone reccomend some good cities/towns to visit. I am 21 years old so places where there are loads of other young ppl are what Im looking for.

And cheap alchohol. Smile

Stuff is expensive in France and Spain, and Morocco ain’t got no alcohol. Change your plans and go to Ukraine, you can find really cheap vodka, prices that make Taaka look like topshelf.
