I am a dual canadian/ british citizen living in canada... i would like to move to the uk to study..how long does it take to become a citizen, so i can pay uk tuition fees? any way around it? can i get uk student loans to study?

Ditto! You say you are a UK citizen and then you want to become one.

To become one, check with a British embassy.

Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.
