C.K. Browar in Krakow was a cool tap room that I’ll definately go back to if I get the chance. Its an underground place with a restruant and bar and microbrewery. The bar has a authentic underground feel with the brewing tanks in the background and you can order those tall tubes of beer. They have about 4 different brews including light, dark, and ginger beer.
Prozak, also in Krakow, is one of the neatest clubs I’ve ever been too, and I don’t even like clubs that much. Its a 2 story underground club with little tunnels going all around the place, a couple differnt bars and dance floors, really good djs, and it seems to be a fun mix between Polish students and foreigners alike.
The Sub Club in Glasgow is definitely my favorite club in Europe. There is no dress code whatsoever, and none (well, few) of the plastic people that you find in a lot of clubs. The place is all about the music, and the soundsystem is incredible – there are even subwoofers built into the floor. You’ll find a pretty wide range of DJs/bands there, but Sunday night is home to Optimo, the legendary genre-bending sets that will blow your mind. Optimo not only has a live act come on before the DJs (Franz Ferdinand and many others have played), but also play some of the best music I’ve ever heard, from no wave to krautrock to electro. and it’s only 4/5 quid!
Korsakoff – Amsterdam
Great people, the bar staff are the nicest i have met in any club. Not to big and it is out the way of the steriotype “amsterdam night” where you can meet the locals (you know, actual dutch people, they do exist in the dam)
Opium – Edinburgh
Drinks are cheap! Get a pint of Fosters for £1 or 80/‘s real ale, JD-coke £1ish, any vodi drink or mixer £1. Good atmosphere and great people.Jus off the Grassmarket its a good area to meet new people, everyone is drunk and happy. A dirt trap called Subway next door(literally), not too shabby though.
Carpe Diem Bar, Hvar, Croatia
This was seriously a fabulous bar. The drinks are a bit pricey but we went back every night for the awesome music and atmosphere. Its small, too, so you don’t lose everyone.
The big outdoor clubs on the river in Budapest are also a fantastic night out in summer.
Cafe Oz in Paris, Chatlet
Not your typical French Bar! Maybe i just liked it because im Australian, but the drinks are well priced, the music is a good mix of all sorts and there is just a really friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Dampkring in Amsterdam
This is a well hidden “coffee-shop” in A’dam where Oceans 12 was actually filmed! Its really authentic and has the coolest layout and decor – you’ll find a fairly even mix of travellers and dutch people in this place. Note: No alcohol is served here..
The Best Bar in Europe or anywhere else for that matter…. The Blue Oyster Bar… I used to hang-out there with Lt. Proctor of the Police dept.

Where is it?
Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.
It’s in Police Academy
Hahaha lmao
Have alot of material to work with, however I’d like to slide a couple of Kudos Heidelbergs way. Seems like a city that has been dissed in these threads to the point where it really gets my goat.
Schwimmbad Club. Last I checked is still there. Across the river from the castle/Fussegangerzone side, located near the UNI Hospital. 4 floors. Basement=arcade/games. 1st floor=Regular Bar-Kino/Movies (good ones) in the back, and the main Venue, a 300-500 person auditorium/stage with live music of different forms evey evening. 3rd floor-Gratuitous Disco-///4th floor-Chillin and swillin cafe.
The club attracts a wide variety of clientele-personally, I give it a huge thumbs up if only for the fact that it is always crawling with nurses and nursing students.
I likes nurses.

YES I was there last summer and although I am not Aussie, I still had a great time.
