It depends on what your into. There is a big dance festival in Serbia called Exit. Or you may like the grungier more rock inlcined Rosklide. A lot of festivals cater for all, There are tonnes around. It all depends on your tastes.

leigh, the only one that could be applicable to this traveler is the oktoberfest she is not venturing near spain to do the bulls/tomatina festivals.

Not sure I’d be mad enough to run with the bulls.
I must say after Trent mentioning Exit I wish I could go. The line up is fantastic! A lot of rock and other stuff on the line-up too. Even Madness. And it’s in a flipping medieval fortress!

I love the Oktoberfest and Munich. I hope to go back this year. Usually when I go to Munich, I spend a day going to the castles and Salzburg Austria. The Oktoberfest is always awesome—You will never find the revelry of the Oktoberfest in the States. So many things that occur at the Fest are politically incorrect here—some are total fun, some quite embarrassing—but what do you expect at the world’s biggest party? Sandra
