What is the least expensive place you’ve ever been to?

While not cheap by the standards of a few years ago, I’m in Vilnius right now and it’s much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been on this trip. You could easily handle Vilnius on the old 50 dollars US a day.

Cheapest place I’ve ever visited…
1. a slum outside of Santo Domingo, DR
2. around Juarez, Mexico
3. Western Romania, from Petrosani into the mountains
4. southern rural Czech Republic
