I have friends and relatives in retail and I know it can be rough. My sympathies.

went to our local supermarket this arvo to buy some last minute stuff, and their carols playing were horrendous. staff and customers had complained to management about it, but nothing had been done. i know i will not be watching the carols tonight. xmas has become way to commercialised (i think thats the spelling) these days.
