money belt/neck pouch???

I was wondering if anyone has any opinions about money belts and neck pouches. Which ones are better/worse. I’ve gone to many stores to buy a money belt but there are always those two different kinds to choose from. One goes around your waist, the other one is like a money belt that holds your passport and everything, but it hangs around your neck under your shirt. Either one easier to use. Seems like the neck one might be more comfortable???
