I am leaving from Philidelphia, USA with $3000 for 22 days
Barcelona, Rome, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris

2011? Slow down, kid.
Why don’t you browse some books and websites over the next several months, read up on Spain and any other country that may interest you, and linger around here at Eurotrip. Chance are, over the next two years, lots of suggested itineraries will come up, and lots of places you’ve never heard of before.
Rethink Marseille ( a big, dirty port town).
Naples is still one of the dirtiest cities in europe (i.e. garbage piled up on street corners, litter, etc.) It also has one of the highest crime/murder rates in Europe (think Detroit without the charm). Far better choices in the area would be Sorrento with a side trip to Isle of Capri and/or Pompeii
“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list”
