Iceland Air has non-stops between Oslo and Reykjavik.

Icelandair from Oslo is the easiest. From Tromso, http://www.whichbudg… suggests Norwegian.no to Gatwick or Stansted, then Iceland Express to Keflavik.

Shop around on price with sources such as BookingBuddy.com and Kelkoo Norway, as well as www.icelandair.no — which often have good flight+hotel offers.

I did a quick check for flights in June 2010 and just discovered that SAS are back on the OSL-KEF route. In fact, they’re the cheapest round-trip I see in June, with Friday departures currently for only $300 USD return. Starting in Tromso those days, SAS will connect you via OSL for $519 USD return — probably not worth it, when Norwegian.no does Tromso-OSL for less.

Icelandair also do nonstop flights from Trondheim and Bergen to Keflavik — Iceland’s main international airport. (They did Stavanger summer 2009, but I don’t see that on summer 2010’s schedule).
