Here is my dilemna: I am wondering there is any way to do the search on the websites.
From
EWR to LHR, me and my son will be flying. I drop him in London and then i proceed to India on my own.
Similarly, on my return, I pick him up from London and then proceed to NJ.
Is there any way to do the search on the website or it is like going around in circles?

On the first instance, it is simiply impossible to do it.

I tried to do it on my Frequent Flier Miles on Delta and the customer service is having a hard time finding dates.
As always, any tips is always appreciated.

Book as 2 separate tickets—he on 1, and you on the other. Seat assignment can be sorted once you’re both confirmed on the same flight.

If he’s under 26 or a student, be sure to check the student sites—STA and the others listed in our new user thread—for the best deals, and compare that with the best from BookingBuddy and the additional consolidators to match up flights with each other.

He is 4.5 years old, is there anyway I can get the student discount. Technically he is a student, isn’t he?

LOL, no in that case I think you need to book him as a child. Sometimes under 12 years old are cheaper on int’l flights—depends on the airline.

It is slightly cheaper but nothing to brag about,
I was told it should be 20% discount for kids less than 11 but i have to see more than 10%
