Place to Live - Geneva
Mon, 04/17/2006 - 13:30
I think I can find a less expensive place to live in Geneva than what the university has. Any ideas or suggestions?
Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.

MB, Geneva is not a cheap place to live. That said, I don’t know what the university is offering but I can ask some of my friends in Geneva to look around.
What exactly are you looking for?
At some point in the future I would like to study there. In my area the schools are more expensive that getting your own place so I thought I would look into something other than what the university would offer.
I’m not too choosey other than clean and safe. What would be the least expensive price for a 1 bedroom apartment?
The school, Webster University, advertises about €550 – €700.
If you know anything about the school as well, that would help. Or if you know of any recommendations of unis that teach in english for computer science…..

550-700 doesn’t sound all that bad for a one bedroom.
Cheaper than in town in luxembourg so I’m guessing cheaper than you’d normally get in geneva as well.
That said, I’ll ask around.
Don’t know anything about the school either but maybe one of my friends does. Will let you know
