Hey ya’ll, I have been reading the rest of the posts and haven’t been able to find an answer to my question.

My friends and I are planning a eurotrip early this summer. We will be touring for 34 days and I have a quick question regarding the amount of money I should expect to spend on food and living expenses. I do plan to see the sights and party, to an extent. Would $3,000 cover that?

There’s a huge variation based on where in Europe. $3000 for 34 days should cover you most everywhere, but it’s going to be a budget trip. It won’t cover fancy clubs or a great deal of partying. Food will be mostly markets, street vendors, the occasional tavern or cafe, no real restaurants. You won’t be able to go to every museum or attraction, although being able to take advantage of student admission prices will help.
