Anybody had any successes or failures using the “flights” tab lately?

I have tried to use the “flights” tab at the top of the page several times in the last couple of weeks.  It does not seem to be working.  It shows 0% complete and never comes up with information.  I know it used to work, cuz I tried it a few weeks ago and was impressed with the results.
