Residential accomodation in London in Willesden Green

Some of my colleagues are looking for Agents in the Willesden Green area who sublet accomodations per room.
My landlady does have accomodations but booked most of the times. One needs to call every month to see if there is any availability.
Any notes would be appreciated.
For the benefit of travellers but with a stay of over 6 months, lots of rooms are available at the Willesden Green tube station.
Newsagent located on the High Road have a lot of advertisements over the window.
Besides the room, My landlady also has flats like mine around that area mostly consisting of Staverton Road, Brondsbury Park, etc.
