Room in Munich during Octoberfest 2008

Hi!
I am offering a furnished room for rent with joint use of bathroom and kitchen in Munich-Oberschleissheim during Oktoberfest 2008.
The room is available between 21th September to 29th September.
The price is 25 € per night for the room.
There is a Internet connection is available in the room. Also there is a fridge in the room.
The room is approx. 20 square meters and has a full-size bed.
The apartment is located in the northen part of the city, but it takes approximately 35 minutes to get to the Theresienwiese (the Oktoberfest grounds!) by Metro.
