Hi guys, [=“arial, helvetica, sans-serif”][=“2”]I was approved for a Schengen tourist visa by the German Consulate. I originally planned to enter Germany first then travel to France and Belgium; however, due to a change in plan, I now want to enter France first. It’s my understanding that I would have no problem doing so since I could you the Schegen visa to enter any member of the Schegen states. Am I correct? Appreciate all your inputs. TIA [/][/]

You are right. However ocasionally when you enter one Schengen State with a visa from another they ask why you do so.
If they ask, just tell them that you are ultimately going to Germany and will stay there longer then in France. After all, that’s a formality and they aren’t likely to bother asking for a proof. (Don’t tell them that you are not going to Germany at all, then you’d be in trouble.)
