type in your search at the top. when the search page comes up, click on the ‘advanced search’ link below the text box. select which forums you want to search by clicking on them (to select more than one, hold down the Ctl key as you click on them).

Great job on everything. Suggestion on the forum part of the menu. Would you like it to be a dropdown menu of most of the popular forums?

And still getting the double signature. The reply box must have something writing the signature because the signature is always there.

no one else seems to be having this problem, can you help me figure out why. i know it was a problem on alpha, but i have changed it since then. maybe your account was not updated somehow. can you do the following for me…

1. go to ‘My Account’ then click on ‘Edit Account’ go down to ‘Signature’ and cut it (Ctl + x). (there should be nothing in that box now.
2. click the save button at the bottom (with no signature).
3. go check a post in the forum and make sure your signature is gone.
4. go back to ‘My Account’ -> click ‘Edit Account’ go down and add your ‘Signature’ again (Ctl + v).
5. click the save button at the bottom (with your signature in place).
6. check and make sure it is working.

if those steps did not fix the problem, can you let me know what operating system you are using (windows xp?) and what browser (firefox, IE6 or 7, or opera) you are using.

I did what you said. After I cut my signature I even logged out and when I logged back in the signature was still showing in the reply box and quote box by default.

Usually use Win XP and am now on OSX. Browser Ex 7 and Firefox and now Safari.
Have also had this while using Ubuntu and Firefox.

can you try replying now and tell me if you get the same behavior? i changed something, hopefully it worked…

i have removed your signature for now. try to post for a day or two without a signature and then we will try it again. not sure what is happening, but it seems to only be happening to you. still trying to figure out why that is…
