snowboarding

anyone have any advice for the best place to go snowboarding in europe? i’m living in Nice, France for the next few months. i’d also have to rent a board because i didn’t bring mine here.

flims/laaz in swiz are supposed to be the mecca for snowboarding in europe. i haven’t been though madonna di campiglio has a great park and nice atmosphere, cirvignio is supposed to have a park, with like super huge jumps, but i haven’t been there. i have a board and definately wouldn’t want to rent in italy but other civilized countries should be better. your post is pretty old, i wonder if you will read this reply. i went to mount blanc and didn’t like it, pretty place, but the snowculture, was well fridged… are you into other sports? am running a marathon in prague in may and would be down for other stuff or even a good spring riding trip. the north of italy should have good snow right now and i think my friends still have a rented apartment in madonna ciao
