Spain - Ibiza - Portugal

Hi! I’m fairly new at traveling. In fact, I’ve never traveled outside outside the US. All help would be appreciated.
Planning a 11 day trip at the end of June to the first week of July. In my mid 20’s seeking history & architecture, lots of time by bodies of water (not necessary laying on the beach), and a little partying. I’m from NYC, so I really rather be outdoors than indoors (Musuems are too confining. My rough itinerary consists of:
NYC to Barcelona (2 days)
Ibiza (2 days)
Valencia or Sevilla (2 days)
Lagos or Faro or Albufeira (2 days) – Is this worth it if I’m already going to Ibiza?
Lisbon (with a day trip to Sintra) (2 days)
Somehow get back to Barcelona for a flight back to NYC
Is this too ambitious? I rather relax and take in an area then stress about making to another place. How do you maximize traveling the long distances between places? Thank you!

I think it is a tad overambitious, but I do think that Portugal’s Algarve region is worthwhile, and you may just want to drop Ibiza to give yourself more time in Portugal.
I found a direct overnight train from Barcelona to Sevilla, from where you can springboard to Algarve, then head for Lisbon, then fly home. I also found a direct train from Valencia to Sevilla, but it’s only once daily and it’s not overnight, which would mean that you lose a day to traveling (if you decide to visit both Valencia and Sevilla). Going from Valencia directly to Portugal will certainly require changing trains somewhere.
So, my suggestion is this:

I would definitely cut out Ibiza – its over run with brits anyway.
I would follow luv_the_beach’s advice. It seems to be the better trip. You definitely need a few more days to explore Barcelona and a few days to explore the Algarve region.
Happy traveling.
London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Bruges, Paris, London
Porto, Lisbon, Lagos, Seville, Granada, Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Pamplona, La Spezia, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, Venice, Split
Ibizia is on par with Springbreakin Florida…lots of drinking, late night parties, etc. Is worth it if you want to hang with other young tourists and party, however if you want tosee the real Portugal/Spain, I would skip it.
I would cut Barcelona to 2 days and try to add in Madrid or Toledo
