I was just wondering if any of you have stayed in any of the “St. Christopher” branded hostels, especially the one in Berlin. Of course, their website seems promising. I was looking around and they seem to have good reviews, but I’d be interested in seeing if any of you have any first-hand experiences with them.

Thanks

I have stayed at their hostel in Edinburgh, but not Berlin.

It was actually the first hostel I ever stayed at, and at the time I thought it was pretty good.  I guess I didn’t know what to expect.

Now, after having stayed at many hostels all over Europe, it wasn’t one of the best, but it certainly wasn’t bad.  I’d definitly stay with them again if needed, but I would look for somewhere else first.  The staff was great, and the hostel was fine, it was mainly the location of the Edinburgh hostel, and the time of year (during Edinburgh festival) I was there that made the difference.

There are obviously many other hostels to choose from, so I think I’ll look around a bit.
Thanks

Where are you going?  This may help others answer you with a little more incite.

Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, and end up getting charged double.
