The scrollbar is about 1/8 of an inch from the left side of the box. I can adjust the box size at the bottom and the scrollbar moves to the correct position on the far right of the box. After hitting submit, the scrollbar pops back to the left. As far as I can tell the post shows correctly afterwards.

I also noticed that I don’t get a “Your post has already been submitted” warning when I double click submit. I end up with my post being posted twice.
