Travelling Through Greece

How do I travel between the Islands? I am in Athens on the 22 until the 24, then plan on going to Corfu and Santrini for 3 days each, are there ships that travel each day (I assume so), and how much are the tickets and length of travel. I want to go from Athen to Corfu on the 24th around lunch time, or night time (if the journey is long).
Any help would be appreciated.

You may find that some of the ferry companies switch to their “winter schedule” in mid-September. That means a whole lot fewer ferries to choose from. This is the first of the on-line travel agencies that comes up with a google search. Since it represents several ferry lines it should give you a good idea of what’s available, when. http://www.greekferr…
Picking two islands that are on opposite sides of the Greek mainland makes this particularly difficult…..

You might also look for cheap flights….
I think this is too late, but from Corfu to athens you have to take a ferry from corfu to Igomenitsa and then a 5 or 6 hour bus ride to athens. I think. it might have been like 7 hours. and Athens to Santorini is like 4 hours +. the ticket from corfu to igomenitsa was about 7 euro and then the bus was around 44 euro and then the ferry from athens to santorini was about 45 euro and then a little more for the high speed ferry. and that was all in the middle of high season…
sorry if this is late!
How difficult/long is it to get from Athens to Karpathos? When I went to Karpathos before, I was originally in Turkey, so it didn’t take long at all. This time, though, I’d be entering via Athens. Thanks to whoever can help me.
