The trip planner will not load for a group of us trying to plan our trip. We have tried it on all of our computers with no luck.
Can you describe what is happening? Also are you on Internet Explorer? If you try Chrome, is it still a problem?
I have heard of a few people having issues on IE, but I have not been able to get a good enough idea of what happened to cause it for me to be able to track it down. In the mean time, I believe that using Chrome may fix the problem.

It just states “Trip Planner is Loading – Please be Patient” witht the circular motion of loading icon.
I was using IE. I downlaoded Chrome and it works perfectly.
Thanks for the feedback wing. Is anyone else having issues on IE? Is it an older version?

Trip planner has never loaded using IE for me. No problems with Firefox.
Also have this problem – when I first used Eurotrip it loaded fine (on IE8). Since end of last year I can’t edit the trip that I made in the first place – same description as above – goes greyed out and has that icon that makes you think it’s loading but it’s not! I’m still on IE8 – haven’t yet downloaded Firefox..
I will have to look into this. Sorry not to have resolved this earlier.
Hello! I have been trying to connect to the Trip Planner the last few days (on several devices, attempted using Firefox, Safari, and Chrome), but it hasn’t been loading. It always gets to Initializing, one moment… and then it doesn’t go any further. I have a trip in about a month and have loved planning my trip here! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I’ve had a lot of trouble, too. I often time out on log-in to the point that the site is almost unusable. Sometimes if I close out the log-in page and re-enter just Eurotrip.com I can get to the site — and find out I’m logged on, even though the log-in supposedly failed. It’s worst, I think, on the IPad.
I’m sorry for the issues… I think we are going to be planning major upgrades in the coming weeks/months, but for now I will get in touch with the tech side of things.
At what point does it freeze up on you?

I think those spam attacks have been thwarted… Maybe that’s it? Still looking into bbouton’s issues, though.
Hello! Wanted to just update that it still seems to be having issues. I am still just getting to the Initializing… One Moment… page and it doesn’t go anywhere after that. Thanks so much for your working on this!
Try just closing out after the log-in failure and then going to www.eurotrip.com. I usually can (ultimately, it takes awhile) get that page to load and I find I’m already logged in despite having the log-in fail. I had to do this tonight — so my comment about it being better this morning.
I know the guys at the tech company have been trying to clean everything out, so some of these may be temporary problems. Keeping my eye on it… thanks
