Hi there,

Has anyone had trouble booking hostels through this website? Even though the hostel shows availability for the time period I select, I am still unable to click on the “Book Now” button. I tried to book a hostel in Nice, France. Any help will be appreciated.

What browser are you using? It seems to work OK using Firefox, so maybe isn’t working with Internet Explorer???? Which specific hostel were you trying to book?

The hostel’s name is….“Villa Saint Exupery Gardens”….I am using Google Chrome though….is it still an issue?…haven’t tried other browsers..

I didn’t have a problem with that hostel for September dates either on Firefox or on whatever the IPad uses as a browser.

I just tried IE to see if I could use “Book Now”..and it worked!…I wonder why it doesn’t still work on Chrome as thats my default browserFrown ..but thanks for all your help!

I also tried on chrome and didn’t have an issue. Were you clicking through the planner?

I was clicking thru the Planner…it is working fine now…I can book it thru chrome from my home computer…may be I had problem since I was accessing it from work computer..but thanks for helping!
