When replying to a thread, only the most recent post is shown. Can all posts be shown so we don’t have to page back to reference?
Thanks swill.

why don’t you just use the new comment form at the bottom of the page and use the quote (”) button in the editor to do the ‘quote’ aspect of the reply. i know other users have been doing this. i can look into adding that, but it will probably be a little while because i am pretty busy right now getting flights integrated into the trip planner.

I’ve been using the quote button. It only shows the post you’re quoting from. It’s rare but sometimes it’s helpful to be able to go back through the posts because info is needed for the actual quote that is not in the post you’re quoting from.
No biggie. Was curious.

I actually meant the other quote button. Maybe it is not obvious…
At the bottom of this thread there is a comment box and above it there are a bunch of little icons. The one that looks like this,
, is the quote syntax.
You can copy and paste text and then select it and hit that icon and it will quote the text (hit the icon again and it will unquote).
If you just hit the quote button, it will add the syntax and put the cursor in the correct spot so you can just start typing…
If you want to attribute the quote to someone, you can do it as follows (In the following examples, I have used { and } in place of [ and ] so it is readable in the text):
{quote}Someone wrote this…{/quote}
{quote=swill}Swill wrote this…{/quote}
Hope this helps…
