For New Years Eve there are special payment and cancellation terms and there is a minimum stay of 4 nights: You pay until 4 weeks prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price. That means 4 weeks before arrival 75 % of the total price need to be charged on the credit card. Cancellation terms: If you do not cancel 3 days prior to arrival we have to claim the missing 25% of the total price. --------------------- Using the excellent public transport links, it takes just 15 minutes to get the most interesting places in the biggest city in Austria. The hostel offers cosy rooms with 2-12 beds, a nice common room and a big kitchen. If you arrive earlier than 1 pm you can leave your bags in the luggage room for free. Check-Out Latest check-out-time is 11am. But if you leave Vienna later that day you can also leave your bags in the luggage room for free. Cancellation period: Booking can be cancelled for free till 48 hours at 6:00 pm (hostel time) before the arrival day. In case of late cancellation 100% of the cost for the first night will be charged.
