Take Metro U3 (orange line) towards 'Simmering' direction
exit on 2nd stop called 'Neubaugasse'.
When exiting the Wagon go right.
Take the escalator up and walk straight to the furthest exit in the metro hallway.

Once upstairs follow the NH Sign or Str?ck (dont go towards the shopping street)

Take Metro U6 (brown line) towards Floridsdorf direction
Exit on the stop called 'Westbahnhof'
Change to Metro U3 (orange line) towards Simmering direction

All guests requiring Visa-application to enter Austria must pay full remaining balance prior to arrival! As well as group bookings of more than 8 people are required to complete full payment prior to arrival, otherwise may be cancelled without further notice.
All guests booking more than 6 nights need to contact us beforehand to confirm booking.
Guests under influence of alcohol, drugs or violent behavior may be refused check-in or cancelled after (without refund) if disturbances of any kind occur or complaint by others arise during their stay. All personal reserves the right to cancel bookings upon their own good judgement if incidents occur.
