Our family home has opened its doors to visitors from all over the world. Guests have their own entrance and privacy, but guests can meet each other and us too if they like. Our rooms are fairly simply equipped only with basics like beds and lamps, but always clean and taken care of by our house lady. House rules are very simple - feel and behave like you would back home. Members of our staff and family can organize you tours of the city and recommend you nice places to visit. Taking off your shoes before you enter the rooms is welcome, but not obligatory. Free pick up is possible after you call us by phone. Only guests that have booked private rooms can be picked-up free of charge. Others - sorry (we can still pick you up for a fee). Pick-up time: 10.00 - 22.00 hours. No free pickups from airport and second bus station Lukavica. Check-in time: 07.00 - 24.00. Check-out time: 10.00 Lock-out: 11.00 - 17.00 (rarely applied - announced in advance) Luggage can not be left with us after check-out time for free. Upon arrival call us for free pick-up. Leave us your phone for better contact please. Bookings made 24 hours or less before arrival may be subject to change without prior notice by hostel (e.g. private bath may become shared). In case of last minute over booking - you may be transferred to another hostel of same or similar price and standard without right to retain deposit. Respect your arrival time, call us in case of delay, since rooms in high season may stay available only 1 hour after announced arrival time and may be rented to others without prior notice (effectively loosing your booking). In case that you do not specify arrival time - official check-in time of our hostel will be applied : 08.00 - 16.00. Our hostel only takes foreign nationals as guests (no local bosnian customers please) !
