If you cannot find Trebinje in your navigation system go for Gornji Brgat which is the border between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, less than a 20 minute car ride from Harambaša Hostel in Trebinje. It is located northeast above Dubrovnik. by bus You have direct bus connections from Sarajevo (5 hours) Mostar (2 – 3 1/2 hours), Dubrovnik (45 min), Herceg Novi (1 hour), Podgorica (2 hours) or overnight from Belgrade or Novi Sad. (both 12 hours). by ferry Take the ferry to Dubrovnik. You have direct connections from Bari (Italy) so it will not hurt your Interrail trip budget too much, since the Patras-Bari line is included. Then take a bus (cost about 5 Euro one way) or share a cab with others.
