The Marija studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It comes with a balcony with absolutely fantastic views of the sea, Cavtat bay and beyond to Old Town Dubrovnik.

This is where you can enjoy the sun, have breakfast as well as a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the views. Upon entering you find yourselves in an open plan and very modern apartment. It is all one space.

The bedroom space consists of a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The living room comprises of a table and three chairs, cable TV and CD player.
