Beautiful authentic building situated right on the Island of Sipan, providing twins in a fully furnished guesthouse.

Kod Stare Mlinice will provide you a nice stay in Sipan, a self Catering accommodation, we can accept up to four persons at once, the ideal choice for families or small group of friends.

Sipan is the largest island in the Elaphite archipelago, 17 kilometres north-west from Dubrovnik(one hour with local ship). The island Sipan is the greenest among all the Elafiti islands. The Elafiti are forested and always green. Each island is a botanical garden. Our apartments is situated in Sudurad on Sipan just 5 meters from the sea.

It is situated on the sea coast. Totally equipped and tasteful decorated apartment consists of one double bedroom, two bathrooms with toilette and shower, kitchen with all dishes inside, dining room, living room with two additional beds and 100 metres large terrace with sea view. It is air-conditioned and it has TV SAT. So it is suitable for 2-4 people. Total area of the apartment is 45 m2 and you can enjoy your sea view on our 100 m2 large terrace...

Both apartments are just 5 meters far from the sea and beach. In Sudurad you have few pebble beaches which are just 30 meters far from our apartments and you also have many rocky and concrete beaches so we are sure you will find what you like.. We provide to our quests breakfast as well as half board service. You can also use telephone, pets are welcome, you can come with your private boat and leave it in front of the apartment.
