DirectionsLOCAL BUS TO BAJNICE: Take local bus 60 (big & yellow) from Split or Omis. The bus station is named 'Bajnice', it is 20 meters away from our hostel.
TAXI TO BAJNICE: Taxis are available near the bus station, train station, ferry terminal and jadrolina ticket booth. It will cost you approximately 200HRK to get to Bajnice.
SPLIT BY BUS: The page from AK-Coaches Split http://www.ak-split.hr/ (also available in English and German) will show you the schedules of the bus station in Split. International run buses are a cheap option to get to Split.
SPLIT BY CAR: If you are coming from Germany, the Netherlands, Austria etc. you may use this route:
Salzburg - Villach - Karavanke Tunnel - Ljubljana - Zagreb - Karlovac - Plitvicka jezera - Sinj - Split - Bajnice. Please also have a look at the Croation Automobile Club’s (HAK) site http://www.hak.hr/english.aspx
SPLIT BY BOAT: If you would like to travel throughout Europe you might also consider arriving by ship from Rijeka, Dubrovnik, Ancona and so on. The arrival and departure schedule can be found at http://www.jadrolinija.hr/default.aspx?lang=2
SPLIT BY AIR: There’s also an international airport at Split http://www.split-airport.hr/red_letenja_dolasci_en.htm, which is approached from nearly every bigger European airport, like London, Glasgow, Rome, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Gatwick, Budapest, Paris, Brussels and so on.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Croatia AIrlines operates a bus which takes you 50m away from the local bus stop. Cost is 30HRK and you simply pay the driver.
AIRPORT TAXI: Available for approx 200HRK to Split or 400HRK to Bajnice.
WE CAN PICK YOU UP: If you'd like to be collected from or brought to the station in Split, we can give you a direct lift with a small shuttle bus. Prices are 240 Kuna // 30 € from or to the airport or 150 Kuna // 20 € from or to the main bus station, ferry station or city center. Again this is per transfer and not per person! Limit of 4 persons/guests.

Hostel Adria is your chance to experience life right beside the sea alongside the beautiful Dalmatia Coastline in Split Croatia. With our Hostel nestled right in front of the Adriatic Sea, there's nothing greater than waking in the morning to crystal clear blue water literally right on your doorstep where you can spend the day swimming, relaxing on one of our many sunbeds, day tripping to many of the surrounding stunning and beautiful islands, cooking up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen or watching the gorgeous sunsets over the water every evening right out the front of our Hostel. You can always head into Split in the envenings to soak up the nightlife atmosphere amongst the locals and other tourists, OR visit one of the nearby party islands which are sure not to disappoint! We are situated outside of town, but many of our guests view this as an advantage and a unique chance to get away from the ‘hustle and bustle” of it all. Although we are not out of reach, since we are located right between Split and Omis (with about 10-15km away from each), both cities can be reached easily by local bus, taxi, bike or car.
However it is you wish to enjoy your holiday experience, there is no denying Hostel Adria will not disappoint. A unique and one of a kind must see experience in Croatia.
