The villa is newly built and equipped with modern furniture. Luxurious apartments ranging from 50 to 70 square meters are available. All have two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room (with SAT TV, radio, interphone, air-conditioning), two bathroom, (some also with a washing machine), and a terrace with a view of the sea. Each apartment has a parking space, and shares in the large yard.
