DirectionsFrom the main train station (Glavni Kolodvor):
We are about a 10 minute walk from the station. Once you leave the station, you will be facing a beautiful park (north). Follow the street on the left side of the park for 6-7 minutes and this will take you to the "Ban Jelacic" Square, Zagreb's main square. Cross the square to the left of the statue of Ban Jelacic (the man on the horse) and enter the first street facing you, veer left after 15 meters onto Tkalciceva. Follow this street for a few minutes and our hostel is on the left side of the street (number 37) above a cafe called Dark Red Bar, across the street from Dizzy's ice-cream and pancake store.
With a tram:
If you want to take the tram from the main train station, buy a tram ticket (8 Kuna) from one of the kiosks (Kartica za Tramvaj). Take tram numbers 6 or 13 going in the left direction (west) as you face the park. Get off when you reach "Ban Jelacic" Square (2 stops) and follow directions above.
From the bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor):
When you leave the station, you will be facing the tram station. Your tram will be going in the left (north) direction. Buy a tram ticket (8 Kuna) from one of the kiosks. Cross the street to the tram stop. You will need to take tram number 6. Get off when you reach "Ban Jelacic" Square (5 stops); ignore the first statue of the man on the horse (King Tomislav). Get off the tram when you see the second statue of a man on a horse (Ban Jelacic) and follow directions above.

Check-in is strictly from 0900-2000 (Monday to Sunday). However, If you are going to check-in outside of our Info Point office hours, you must contact us in advance so we can make arrangements. There is a 10 Euro (70 Kuna) key deposit when you check in. We accept either Kunas or Euros.
Check-out is at 1100! However you can safely leave your stuff in our luggage storage or with our staff (with no charge) past the check out time if you have a night train, bus or flight to catch.
Our accommodations are strictly a non-smoking hostel, but we provide designated smoking areas (balconies).
