For later or sooner arrival you need to contact us during our opening hours to make an arrangement if possible! Beware that later check-in can cost extra fee! Maximum time to check-in is 11 PM (although you need to arrange later check-in with us if arriving later than our opening time). Reception is open: daily from 9 AM to 3 PM (9.00-15.00) If you do not appear within the opening hours we have a right to cancel your entire booking. We only accept cash (CZK) on arrival! You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before arrival date - two days before your arrival by 8 AM - written cancellation (by email) is needed and must be confirmed by our office! Groups of 8 or more persons or while booking 3 or more rooms: Caution deposit of 100 Euro in cash is required (for each room). These special conditions are valid during New Year period, from 29th of Dec 09 until 3rd Jan 10: Minimum stay of 4 nights is required Caution of 200 Euro or 5000 CZK in cash for each room is required. Cancellation conditions are: - Cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night stay - Cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival date will be charged for the whole stay
