Maximum time to check-in is 11 PM. If you do not appear within regular hours we have a right to cancel your entire stay. We only accept cash (CZK) on arrival! You may cancel your stay up to 48 hours before arrival date - two days before your arrival by 8 AM - written cancellation (by email) is needed and must be confirmed by us! Caution deposit of 100 Euro in cash is required. These special conditions are valid during New Year period, from 27th of Dec 11 until 1st Jan 12 : *** minimum stay of 4 nights is required *** caution of 200 Euro or 5000 CZK in cash for each room is required. *** cancellation conditions are: - cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night stay - cancellations less than 20 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the whole stay Closing days: 24th and 25th December - during those days you cannot check-in, you can just stay through.
