To get to central guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport, International Railway Station, you can catch a black cab taxi just outside of the terminal, or catch the (900) bus they run on the half hour, ask the bus driver to tell you when you come to the Swan Centre, we are a short walk down the road.

Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled with less than 5 days notice, the full amount is due, unless the room is re-let in which case a fee of 10% will be charged to cover the administration costs. Cheques with bankers card only, accepted for the deposit. No cheques accepted for the final payment.
