We are situated in central Brighton opposite The Royal Pavillion. Kipps is the only accommodation in Brighton with views of The Royal Pavillion. We are central to all of Brighton’s attractions, including the pier, beach, lanes and shopping area. The theaters/music/bars and cafes are walking distance too. Brighton’s gay district is also a few minutes away. Kipps Brighton offers a very friendly atmosphere, comfortable, affordable and clean accommodation with excellent facilities. Kipps Brighton also offers a variety of room types. Our private rooms are all equipped with TV, radio, CD player, tea and coffee making facilities, wash basin with free Wi-Fi internet Dormitory rooms are en-suite and we offer free security lockers.
