The hostel consists out of 5 bedrooms and offer twin rooms, 4, 6 and 8 bed dorms. All the rooms are lockable for your own security and for a added security we have lockable baskets with each bed in the room. This can be locked with a pad lock, supplied when you move in. All rooms come with bedding and 22” Flat screen TV, yes, you have a TV in your room... There are enough bathrooms for comfortable sharing. With your stay you are free to make use of tea and coffee we supply and also the free Wi-Fi. THERE'S A £30.00 DEPOSIT CHARGED PER PERSON ON THE BOOKING. THIS IS PER PERSON AND NOT PER BOOKING. WHEN THE BEDDING, KEYS AND PADLOCK ARE RETURNED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK ONTO YOUR CARD (or any card of your choice). PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR FUNDS TO CLEAR!!! NO CASH DEPOSIT REFUNDS!!!!! IF YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, PAID FOR AND YOU HAVE CHECKED IN, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING OR ALTER THE BOOKING!! BOOKING PROCESS ------- VERY IMPORTANT ------ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Since we dont have a 24hr check in desk, if you arrive during normal business hours, Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm. check in is done at our office, next to the hostel at 2 Fulham high street. payments can be made in the office by cash or card. you will then be taken next door to the hostel where you will be checked in. If you arrive outside office ours; - after 5pm Monday - Friday - weekends - public holidays you have to arrange a check in slot of 1 hour. we will then arrange someone to check you in and if you do not arrange this, no-one will be available to check you in and no refunds will be issued if you show up and didnt book a check in slot. This is your responsibility and only if a check in slot is confirmed from Egoli Accommodation, only then is your booking confirmed. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER HOURS AND NEED TO BE CHECKED IN WITH BY AN APPOINTMENT, WE WILL REQUIRE THE DEPOSIT PER PERSON TO BE PAID BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO ARRIVE!! OFFICE HOURS; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (CHECK IN ONLY FROM 12PM) NO CHECK INS AFTER 12am MIDNIGHT!!!!!!
