There is a terraced backyard where children of different ages may play. It is possible to barbecue in the yard any time you feel like it. You can leave your motorbike, a car or a bus into our fenced yard. Just within a minute’s walk to the theatre (culture) house, restaurants, bars, sport facilities, and playgrounds. The place is cosy and the district is peaceful, lots of hills and lakes surrounding it. • Non-smoking rooms • Family rooms • Bathroom en-suite • Youth room with sleeping-shelves • TV • Teapot, percolator (coffee-maker) • Self-catering Sauna • Fireplace hall and fireplace in the living-room The two-floor house includes a sauna, 3 family rooms, two of them (rooms 6 & 7) with shelters and balconies for a smaller family and one: room 2 ( 5 private ensuite) with two joint rooms for a bigger family. The latter includes two rooms, where there is access to the shared shower and a toilet through the first room. There are in first room one double bed and the second room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Every room has WC and a shower with a floor heating and a ventilation system. Rooms are for non-smokers and allergic people. Rooms 5 (dorms 8 bed) are equipped with sleeping-shelves (two double-deckesr in both). Rooms 4 (dorms 3 bed) are one double bed and one single bed. Rooms 4 and 5 sharing shower and toilet. There is a real sauna in the house, heated with firewood. A room with a fireplace for up to 10 people belongs to it. We can not offer sauna when is occupied. Taxes and car parking are included. We can not offer breakfast. In the house is a kitchen, to make breakfast for self and the area is many pubs.
