Free breakfast, free bike hire, free hot tub and a bus stop in front of the chalet. Chalet Les Frenes is located in the tranquil hamlet of Les Bossons in the Chamonix valley. Set in a huge plot the chalet is surrounded by towering ash trees (frênes) at the front and fruit trees at the back. The chalet benefits from a very peaceful location in the corner of an alpine meadow, surrounded by alpine forests and glacial streams – a truly relaxing spot. With an unbeatable south facing panorama, the balcony looks up at the Les Bossons and Taconnaz glaciers, the Aiguille du Midi and the entire Chamonix massif. Ski room entrance is on the ground floor. Ski room leads through a door into a corridor off which are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are roomy twins and 2 are south facing. The Ski room has stairs leading up to the first floor where we have 2 bedrooms, the owner’s kitchen, and breakfast area with exposed wooden beams, a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom is a good sized south facing double with double doors out onto the balcony. The other bedroom is a good sized twin.
