Hotel Helvetique is a budget hotel located in Nice right in the center, 5 minute walk from the beach, the Place Massena, Albert 1st gardens, the typical Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and shopping areas, and only 15-minute walk from the train station. Hotel Helvetique has 43 air-conditioned rooms with bath or shower, toilets, hair dryer, direct phone line, satellite TV, safe boxes and mini fridge Close to the hotel, places in garage are available on request, if availability at extra cost of 19 euro per night. For your information, triple rooms are with one double bed and one single bed; Quad rooms are with two double beds. - Free internet access in the lounge (one shared computer) - Free WIFI 100% HOTEL (with your own computer) - Entire property is air-conditioned - Free beach towels (only deposit required) - Iron and table available free upon request - Good deal of having a hotel with property price BOOKING POLICY: The credit card details given to confirm the booking is hold as a guarantee and must be valid. The hotel tests systematically the card few days before arrival, and may charge one night, but if the card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by hotel. LATE ARRIVAL: If the arrival time is overtaken or in case of late arrival (after 4.00pm), please advise the hotel. One night may be charged on the given credit card details. In case of not valid card, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by hotel. CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact the hotel by mail, telephone or fax, a cancellation number of cancellation will be given. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION: No extra fees until 2 days before arrival at noon: cancellation number given by hotel will be required in case of disagreement. Passed this dead-line, the first night will be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee as cancellation fees. No changes of the stay will be possible after arrival. IN CASE OF NO-SHOW: the first night will also be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee. A copy of the invoice will be sent by post mail if requested. Check-in / check-out Check-in time is 2.00pm, but if you arrive earlier, please let us know, we would make our best to provide a room upon arrival, or we store your luggage until the room is available.
