DirectionsOur address is listed as 26 Rue Des Rigoles. This is our office’s address. You will not be staying at or reporting to this address. The Lucky Backpackers Apartments-Hostel is located in the center of Paris, a few minutes walk from the central train station--Montparnasse Bienvenue. Montparnasse is probably one of the most lively area in Paris, with its shops, bars, cafes, traditional bakeries, restaurants, cinemas...
A Lucky Youth Employee will meet you at the Columbus Cafe on the 2nd floor in the Montparnasse train station. Please call us when you arrive at this location. If you do not have a European Cell phone do not worry. There is a pay phone just outside the cafe. The local call will cost 0.50 euros. A Lucky Backpacker Employee will proceed to pick you up. You will walk together to your Apartment. Their you will receive your keys, pay for your stay, and receive any further instruction required. We prefer to take payment with credit cards.
Check in is from 1-8Pm except by special request. If circumstances dictate a late arrival contact us as soon as possible via email. If you check in between 8pm and 10pm there is a surcharge of 15 euros per party. After 10pm the staff’s shift has ended, and check in is not possible.
Directions to the Montparnasse Station:
- If you arrive from CDG airport:
Take the fast train "RER B" to "Gare du Nord" (North Station)
From "Gare du Nord" station take metro line number 4 towards "Porte d' Orléans" and get off at "MONTPARNASSE BIENVENUE"
At Montparnasse: Look for the signs for indicating "TRAINS SNCF", then follow the signs for "GRANDES LIGNES / main lines". Be careful there are 5 exits and only the one marked main lines will take you to the correct location. Take the escalators to the 2nd floor of the train station and seat yourself inside the COLUMBUS CAFE (the cafe is located in Montparnasse train station, in front of train track number 1).
Give us a call and we will be there within 20-25 minutes. We will call out your name in Columbus cafe when we arrive.
- If you arrive from BEAUVAIS Airport:
Beauvais airport is quite far from Paris. This is the fastest way to go to Montparnasse central train station:
From Beauvais airport take the shuttle to "Porte Maillot". At Porte Maillot, get off the shuttle and take metro line number 1 toward "Chateau de Vincennes". Stop at Concorde. Switch to metro line n°12 toward "Mairie d'Issy". Stop at "Montparnasse Bienvenue". Look for the sign indicating "TRAINS SNCF", then follow the signs for "GRANDES LIGNES / main lines". Be careful there are 5 exits and only the one marked main lines will take you to the correct location.
