The first apartments (2, 3 and 4 rooms) delivered in December 2008 propose decorated and equipped apartments to ensure maximum comfort, satisfying all your requirements (spacious and welcoming areas from 4 to 9 beds, full equipped with balcony or terrace). Situated at the edge of the resort on the Fontbonne area, apartments are at 250m from the slopes and shops (mini-market, restaurants, bars, ski shops...) and 400m from the centre les Claux. New chair lift at the foot of the residence is available. Important information: Booking must be made Saturday to Saturday in order to be accepted and confirmed. After time of booking, you will receive an email from the agency because many bookings are canceled with no charge, so to secure the booking you must pay the full amount of the stay to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation policy: More than 30 days before day of arrival: no fee. Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 25 % of the total booking amount. Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the total booking amount. Between 14 and 6 days before arrival: 75 % of the total booking amount. Less than 6 days before arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount.
